I purchased a brand new Toyota truck with a missing piece I was told I could take it to another dealership I called the Stuart dealership they said sure bring it in. I also had to take 3 hours off work, then had to drive about 100 miles round trip. I get checked in they younger guy asked if I would like the truck washed? Please and thank you. Well that never happened. Service man was very nice and helpful. Honestly it hasn’t been a good experience whatsoever and very disappointed that I purchased from that dealership. It was in their lot, so low ball me 10K even after seeing their offer in my hand. On that note, C'est la vie, the dishonesty made my skin crawl. Sold the car an hour later to some people who actually know cars, Toyotas loss. Such an easy turn-key opportunity yet they let greed fog their heads.
