I left without the service. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is as they could not honor their commitment. I went to Firestone in Cathedral City and couldn't be happier. More

I called AAA and they towed it into Toyota of the Desert in Cathedral City, CA. Adrian Meza, Service Consultant was very understanding and caring. They repaired my SUV and I paid $360 as the damage was not under warranty. I understood this and paid. Then submitted a claim to Toyota Care for repayment.
