Note the 1 star ratings - and how many in recent times. I visited them - and here's the highlights / disappointments. 1) the car I specifically wanted to see "was not on the lot" and they had me test dr I visited them - and here's the highlights / disappointments. 1) the car I specifically wanted to see "was not on the lot" and they had me test drive a more expensive car. 2) the sticker price on the vehichle I test drove "was not correct" and was bumped up $5000! 3) When I walked away - suddenly the original car was actually there "whoops". 4) Negotiating a price - what a hassle! 5) Walked away to which they had THREE people stop me on way out asking me what they could do to sell the car TODAY to me. Reeked of desperation after realizing the games played didn't work. 7) I was there FOUR+ hours because of the shananigans - waste of time. 7) DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER - they still call me every other week even with my being direct with them to STOP CALLING - I had ZERO interest in working with their dealership EVER. I went to Toyota in Cleveland Heights - they sold me the car I wanted for the price I asked in under ONE HOUR! I love my car and would tell others to go here. More
On Saturday 10/7/23 went to dealership because tire light was on. The tech said there was a tire leak in the right back tire “cause he could hear air coming out”. Offered no other assistance.I asked if it co was on. The tech said there was a tire leak in the right back tire “cause he could hear air coming out”. Offered no other assistance.I asked if it could be plugged. He said “I don’t know”. I’ve dealt with this dealership since 1995. I was very disappointed and for some reason I felt he was lying. Checked with Spears Tire service and was told there was nothing wrong with my tire. I asked if he would check the other tires, which he did. After putting air in the front driver’s side tire , which took less than 2 minutes the tire light went out. That tech represented the worst service I’ve ever received from this dealership. Just wanted the device manager to be aware of the service offered by their representatives. More
Honestly should give 0 stars! ! We drove 40 minutes to look at a car that we made appointment two hours before we were coming to see it. Got there, and Brandon's minion told us it ! Brandon, was "tied" up and couldn't talk to us. What waste of our time, energy, miles and gas for nothing. He could have had some human dececency and let us know it was not there!! Will not be using this car dealership, ever! This is why people hate car salesmen! Useless! More

Received the usual run around when I arrived - we had one, but the customer picked it up. Great! What about the others that you are showing in your inventory? We don't have any more available. Really? You website is showing three available (and even more that were available this morning). More

Went in on Saturday to take a look at the 4Runners Toyota of Bedford had in stock; with the shortage of chips I was expecting to be looking for the perfect one for a while. But to my pleasant surprise they h of Bedford had in stock; with the shortage of chips I was expecting to be looking for the perfect one for a while. But to my pleasant surprise they had exactly what I was looking for (Black '22 SR5 Premium). After the test drive the negotiation process went well and with the shortage of cars we ended a reasonable price. My salesperson, Will was very sociable, attentive, and great to work with. I have already recieved two follow-up calls since buying the car 5 days ago ensuring I am happy with my purchase and everything is running well. A great experience at a great dealership! More
