Max called me 9:00am the next morning, got me in same day after work and 1-1/2 hours later, I left with my 2012 Toyota Scion. He (Toyota of Bedford) tood care of me without any questions. I will bring my wife here when she needs a new car and all of my friends I can atleast give a high recommendation. Customer servie? They never heard of it. Took forever to get a salesman. The girl at the desk was too busy looking at facebook on he phone to even notcie me standing in front of her. The same man stood there and watched as myself and my family browsed the showroom waiting for service for 15 minutes. I put my 3 year old son into some of the higher end vehicles and let him jump around hopeing to attract someone attention. After I had to ask for help the salesman did not seem to know his inventory or his product. Lucky for me I did my homework on line and knew the product and stock better than he did. The salesman played the typical games and gave ma a rediculous price $4000 more than the advertised price on the internet and then played it off like he was giving me a special price when he offerd the posted on line price.
