He was exceptional! He listened to my concerns about my recent accident and gave me the name of the collision shop that Toyota uses for their repairs. The service techs at Bedford are incredibly knowledgeable and on top of everything. Very concerned about customers understanding the work to be done and the reasons and the time it will take. I called to make an appt. for service and was directed to Joe Price. He guided me through the items I should have checked and serviced, made sure I had a vehicle to drive. Everything was done in a timely manner with great efficiency. While waiting for my vehicle to be brought around several service employees inquired if I was being helped. Again, customer service. My experience was such that I did not mind spending my money. The cashier, whose name I did not obtain, was friendly and thanked me for my payment and business. Again, customer service. Yes I will do business there again as I have in the past. I that in many aspects customer service has been lost, but how much does it take to smile and say thank you. Your service department and staff has customer service which will keep me coming back, for that and the overall experilence is why I gave the high marks, they were desserved. More

The only reason I answered "good" instead of "great" for everything is that the upselling of services is pretty relentless. That said, I did agree to everything, but how do I know that the dirty "great" for everything is that the upselling of services is pretty relentless. That said, I did agree to everything, but how do I know that the dirty cabin air filter he showed me was really mine? I didn't really want to spend another $40, but I didn't want to breathe dirty air, either. I wish there was a way to authenticate it. I would like to be able to put my initials on the new one when it goes in. I know I sound overly skeptical, but I also need to protect my money. That said, I am almost always happy with the service and employees. One other thing: every time you wash my RAV4, you never get the rear window or door. It's nice to have a car when when I come in for service, but really--you can't direct the sprays so they clean the rear door of the SUVs? Crazy! More
