I called for a service time, and they promptly answered and set me up. I knew I needed new tires. When I called, the service manager Ross took the time to explain my options, and when I told him some pri and set me up. I knew I needed new tires. Although the price quote was better from the other store, and I did not actually buy from Toyota, I always felt they had my best interest at heart, even if it meant I was going to get tires at another store. On my service date, they were very prompt in getting my car in. When I showed him some coupons I had downloaded, he promptly put them in. Later, George told me he had come up with another discount he could apply, and went ahead and did it. That's awesome. When I told him I was having tires put on at another store, he even offered to take off the wheel alignment, which is a normal step in the 60,000 mile maintenance. However, he said it wouldn't be worth it if I was going to hae tires put on in the next week. That meant a lot to me. More
The glove box lid no longer makes any noise. I will make an appointment soon to have the center console lid adjusted.
