Great service. Only one thing, the car washes are nice both it only cleans the sides top and rear of car; it never seems to clean the front of the car. I always see dead bugs still there. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I didn't even have time to read the material I bought with me to pass the time. Toyota of Bedford is about 20 miles from my house. This was the first maintenance performed on my 2012 Sequoia. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Turn around time is very important to me was the first maintenance performed on my 2012 Sequoia. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Turn around time is very important to me because I normally have to have service work completed during working hours and I don't want to spend all day at a dealership getting my oil changed. Areas that could use improvements: I would like to see a car wash that did not have brushes or material that actually touches the car. Nothing better than having the dealer scratch up your new car. The sticker that is placed on the windshield should have your phone number on it so when I look up and see service is due, I can call you from my car to schedule. I don't think about service much if I'm not in the car. These should be pre printed and not just hand written. Lastly, you should automatically stamp or fill out the service section of the owners manual upon completion of service. Thank you, Jim More
