Truly, Mike Van (our sales person) had our new 2013 Toyota Yaris sold to us before we walked in the door. Mike V was kind enough to work with us by e-mail, since we live 45 minutes south of the Bedfor Toyota Yaris sold to us before we walked in the door. We explained to him that we had gone to the local dealership-- about 3 minutes up the road-- and we received such horrible sales service that we were more than thrilled to make the drive back to Toyota of Bedford. We had purchased a vehicle from them about 11 years ago. Mike V met with us on Sunday to work out the particulars on the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and unlike the hometown dealership, was not bothered that we were not in need of financing. We left a locator deposit with him and as promised, my husband's new car was in and available for pick up on Thursday, 12/20. They were respectful of the busy schedules that we had and happily worked through the transaction with us in a timely manner. We met different people throughout the dealership and were thrilled with every person that we encountered. Why did we buy from Toyota of Bedford and Mike Van? We purchased there because they truly care about the customer, their communication is fantastic and there was absolutely no high pressure sales, no "look at the invoice" like I encountered at the previous dealership and they were happy to take my husband's car in on trade when the hometown dealership wouldn't even look at it. Are we glad that we drove 45 minutes north? Absolutely! We will continue to do so whenever we need another vehicle. More

Since our lease was coming due we decided to check out a car we might want to lease. Our previous salesman moved to another dealership in Bedford Toyota so he referred us to Peter Jacobs who was paged and car we might want to lease. Because of the great price on the 2012 Avalon we ended up purchasing it. The bookwork was performed very quickly and efficently and before we knew it we were driving our new car home.
