I NOTICED A "BLEMISH" ON MY RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER DOOR - I TOOK MY RAV4 INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SAW MY SALESMAN MAX NAB. HE TOOK THE RAV4 OVER TO THE SERVICE DEPT. AND THEY AGREED AND ORDE PASSENGER DOOR - I TOOK MY RAV4 INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SAW MY SALESMAN MAX NAB. HE TOOK THE RAV4 OVER TO THE SERVICE DEPT. AND THEY AGREED AND ORDERED THE NEW PART FOR MY DOOR. THREE DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL THAT THE PART WAS IN AND TO BRING MY RAV4 IN AND HAVE THE PART REPLACED. I CALLED MAX AND HE SAID THAT I COULD JUST BRING IN THE RAV4 AND THEY WOULD REPLACE THE PART AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE MY RAV4 IS UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE REPLACEMENT PART WOULD TAKE LESS THAN A HALF HOUR TO "SNAP" INTO PLACE. I TOOK THE RAV4 INTO THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT WEDNESDAY, BUT BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR WOULD TAKE MORE THAN A HALF HOUR. MAX NAB ARRANGED FOR ME TO GET A DEALERSHIP CAR TO USE UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED. I AM PLEASED WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. I ALSO AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE MANNER IN WHICH MAX NAB HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER I PURCHASED MY 2012 RAV4. More

Overall, I was happy with my visit and I do like the car I purchased but I was alittle disappointed in the price I ended up paying. I bought a used car for a discounted price and by the end of the deal I e I purchased but I was alittle disappointed in the price I ended up paying. I bought a used car for a discounted price and by the end of the deal I ended up paying more for a used car than I would have for a new one. Thought I was getting a deal but doesn't seem that way. Hopefully the car will be worth it in the end. Also, when I left the dealer, I wasn't half way down Rockside Rd when my gas light turned on. I was in shock that they sent me home with an EMPTY tank of gas! Not a good thing, especially after all the money I just spent. Alittle disappointed with some aspects of my visit but overall happy with the car. More

I am a young professional from DC and I often find that people discredit me because of my age. This would be extremely discouraging if it occurred specifically at Bedford Toyota because I paid for my new people discredit me because of my age.
