The friendliness of the staff is amazing--when I got tearful, the team really kept their cool and worked with me to get the best balance of service for cost. The only thing that was upsetting to me was the cost--I thought I was under a warranty that gave me basic maintenance for 5 years, but I was mistaken. I'm financially strapped right now, and the staff was great in helping me to figure out what I really needed and automatically used an available coupon to give me the best discount for service they had available. Thanks for hanging in there with me guys! More

Tony was EXCELLENT! I am a new graduate just about to start working and I do not know too much about cars. Tony made sure he did all he could for me to get a car that was perfect for me and that I felt c start working and I do not know too much about cars. The experience with the sales guy Dan was pretty good. He worked with us on the price for the car. However, we were confused with the finance paperwork. Nobody was able to explain to us how banks were using worked with us on the price for the car. However, we were confused with the finance paperwork. Nobody was able to explain to us how banks were using the financial calculator to calculate our monthly payments on 1.9% APR for 60 months. Because our calculations for 1.9% APR for 60 months showed different payment amount. Also, we were informed by the finanace person (Rhonda) that my wife's birthdate with the credit bureaus was wrong. This got us panicked because we were also told that our interest rate might go up on the monthly car payments. So we called all three credit agencies to see if they had the wrong birthdate for my wife but it was not the case so to this day we don't know who messed up on the paperwork. My name and address was also wrong on the finance paperwork but we caught that in time.So overall, our car buying experience was ok minus the finance paperwork. More
