We came to the dealership because we got a mailer about turning in a lease early to get a new one for the same price and payments. We thought it too good to be true but it was. We worked with Brandon and his manager, Todd, to do the deal. They both were as polite, helpful, and professional as possible. It was a pleasure to do business with them both. Also, the finance person, Mike,i think, was just as good as the others. We had a bit of trouble getting the Blue Tooth set up in the new car and Brandon spent a lot of time getting it going. He went as far as possible to see that we got the best service. TRuly exceptional service. We will be back and we will ask for Brandon when we do. More

I was greated immediately as I walked into the service area of the dealership and asked what if what I needed was service. I was directed to the service write up area and again greeted immediately. I was politely turned over to Mark who got what information he needed and asked if I wanted to wait in the service waiting area. It was great service and people who really seemed to care about me and my needs. I witnessed this as I waited in the service area. Each person was treated as an individual with special needs and everything was done to meet those needs. As I said in brief - but it was not accepted - Great service, Wonderful people! I purchased my 2003 Camry at Toyota of Bedford, and the service has always been excellent, so I went back. The salesman Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nick was very efficient and friendly. There was another salesman who kept us company while we waited at the last for Peter to bring up the new Camry. I don't remember his name, a young guy. One partial complaint is the long waiting time to get things signed and out the door. I think we were there about 3-1/2 hours, but maybe that is par for the course. Really no complaints. More
