No Integrity!!! Runaway far and fast!! I want to start by giving Taras our salesman, major kudos. He was most helpful and tried his hardest to make our experience a good one. However, beyond Taras, the mangers and the detailer made this the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The detailer left in the middle of detailing our car and Taras did his best to finish it so we could take car home. The detailer also took the 2nd set of keys with him and Taras had to track them down and send them to us. The General, Used Car, and Finance managers are all scam artists and have zero integrity. They presented a deal were the price of car was acceptable, but they intentionally had the tax inflated by $202 and we did not catch it. We agreed to the out the door price. On the final paperwork they reduced the tax by $202 and added it to the price of the car instead of lowering the out the door price. Shame on us for assuming they could calculate tax appropriately. Effectively the snookered us out of $202. I’m sure they are quite proud of the successful game they played on us. I guess their integrity is not even worth $200. I will never go back to Toyota of Bedford. More

A no-pressure very comfortable experience. People that help I walked into this dealership this week (November 17th) expecting very little, because of my experiences elsewhere. I had previously owned an 11 mo I walked into this dealership this week (November 17th) expecting very little, because of my experiences elsewhere. I had previously owned an 11 month old Silverado that was totaled, when I was hit by another driver. To my surprise, I was greeted by the GM, David Eartly. They were very busy and he was willing to address my interest in a new truck. He was very helpful in answering my questions and I decided to take a new Toyota Tundra for a test drive. I was very satisfied with my Silverado and I was surprised to find how good the Tundra was in comparison. As David was going over the features of the Tundra, I was completely impressed with all of its leading technology. I continued on with my interest with Mark Freddoul, one of the sale professionals. Mark was very good to work with during the whole process. He really was informative and helpful in my decision. As it turned out, this was a very good day for me, as Toyota had a superior lease program that was more than affordable for me. More importantly, was the way I was treated by this dealership. The consumer relationship was the best I had ever experienced. This dealership was quite a distance from my home and I was at two other dealers before this one - mainly because I wanted to see different models in color assortments. But, at the other dealers, I wasn't given the same consideration in my interest at those dealers. Bedford was by far the most comfortable, so that alone really captured my interest level. I must say that I would recommend this dealer to everyone. I did purchase my Truck there and it was the easiest transaction I have ever had in buying a new car. I'm a retired senior. I actually feel that I could have never had this experience at another dealer. The others were nice, but not as interested in my needs as Bedford Toyota was. Maybe the others all assumed it would be a while until I settled my claim on the truck thats was totaled? Bedford simply gave me their time and knowledge and I knew then, that I was buying my truck from Bedford. It was wroth my time to drive there. I am very satisfied. I'm highly recommending this dealer to everyone. You wont be disappointed. More
