I bought a 2019 used vehicle with remaining manufacturer warranty. Clean Carfax according to them. Good tires. Good brakes. One owner. Spent over $20,000. Trade it in my vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Le warranty. Clean Carfax according to them. Good tires. Good brakes. One owner. Spent over $20,000. Trade it in my vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Left with a quarter tank in a new purchase to drive and our home. Complained of no courtesy fuel fill up with new purchase, concern of brakes possibly not being right. Called salesman three times, questions about my payoff and called finance. No one returned my calls, no offer to fill the vehicle. The next day I inspected underneath the car as it was dark and very cold out and salesman told me what could possibly be wrong with a 2019 with 24000 miles on it. Undercarriage of engine was full of engine oil, I pulled the skid plate and cleaned it all up, they probably dumped oil all over during oil change and didn't clean it up. The next day the low air pressure tire warning came on, very slow leak and both valve caps missing from front tires, I had to keep filling the tires for 2 days, I called used car manager and he told me I probably picked up road to debris on my way home with the car and made no offer to pay for the repair. I had to take it to a tire repair shop. The very next day it snowed and I'm brushing the car off the rear turn signal tail light assembly was loose. Would not have known by looking at the car. I took the car to the manufacturer to see if they would covered under warranty and was told the car was in an accident and something caused the tail assembly to break away from the bumper cover. The repair cost is $750 to repair. There is no way the dealership could have missed this detailing the car to sell. I was told that the Carfax does not mean a whole lot to protect me as a consumer. I called Toyota of Bedford and the used car manager swore they did not know anything about it and they would only handle it internally in their body shop. I prefer a new part not a patch up and have decided I will not let these people touch my car as they are dishonest and I would not trust them with my car to leave it there for repair. I have to eat all this on a 2019 with 24,000 miles one owner car. All I can do is make it a priority to write reviews and warn others too carefully have your car inspected by a mechanic before you leave this dealership in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family. I have to cut my loss and be done with them. They also flagged my last updated review but there are other sites to post reviews. More

Decided to try Toyota of Bedford when leasing a new $40,000 (my 8th) Toyota while turning in my 7th. Initially this was a pleasant process. Toyota of Bedford (TOB) did not do a lease turn in review as $40,000 (my 8th) Toyota while turning in my 7th. Initially this was a pleasant process. Toyota of Bedford (TOB) did not do a lease turn in review as Toyota Financial Services (TFS) told me they should have. TFS then stuck me with a $1200 bill after turn-in for 3 very small, hard to see damages that could have been turned into my insurance co. had they been pointed out by TOB. After I complained about their lack of service causing my financial pain Sales Dept. kept saying they would make some kind of accommodation (e.g. Service Dept. $ credit, etc.) but never came through or even gave me a straight answer. Pleasant but evasive. My two most recent calls (I'm always polite) have not even been returned. I love Toyotas but am disappointed by Toyota of Bedford. Go to: Classic (Mentor), Metro (Brookpark), Don Joseph (Kent), Ganley (Akron), Boardman Toyota (near Youngstown) instead. More

I would like to do an update review after I have had a car for a few days from this dealer. I would have gave them a 5-star review when I originally posted my review for the friendly staff and sales prof car for a few days from this dealer. I would have gave them a 5-star review when I originally posted my review for the friendly staff and sales professionalism of them helping to find me a car for what I was able to spend. I gave them a four star review due to me buying a 2019, spending over $20,000, brought my trade-in with a full tank of gas and they did not fill up the new vehicle as a courtesy and was on a quarter tank of gas to travel back an hour where I came from. Also had paper Matt's and it was dark the dealership was closing so I did not notice that the factory match were all missing.after they see my first review they were nice enough to bring my old mats back to me from my vehicle and my glasses I left in the vehicle. Made no attempt to make up for the no fuel. I was able to look at the vehicle the next day a little better during the daylight and found engine oil all over the bottom of the front end of the car. I had to remove the skid plate and clean up the Mess from them changing the oil. I hope that is all that is wrong. The next day okay it snowed really bad and I was cleaning the snow from my car and found the rear tail light assembly was broke and really loose a few days later the low air pressure four tires came on the dash and I left tire was almost flat and I hope I don't have a slow leak I filled it today.I am also hoping I do not have to eat the cost of the tail light assembly that was ordered by the dealer of the manufacturer. My point to this whole review is even though the vehicle was a 2019 with low miles 24,000 I should have known better than to trust any dealership and want to pass along the same to every buyer to make sure you check the vehicle and do not be in a hurry to buy until you get it inspected by another mechanic or at least get it put on a list to look under the car. In my opinion all the dealers are the same and just out to make a profit.I feel the dealership should have filled the vehicle as a courtesy especially when my trade-in was full tank and they left a quarter tank of gas in a vehicle I spent over $20,000 for. They claim they looked over the car what the tail light assembly was concealed as well as they did not check underneath the vehicle with all the oil underneath and tire pressures that I am hoping I do not have to go pay for a tire repair now. I also called the dealership twice now as my payoff was lower then thought to be on my contract I signed as I already made a car payment and wanted to know what happens to that extra money and no one has called me back yet. Seems to me that once they have made the sale they have no interest in resolving my concerns.I also called and told them I had a concern about how the brakes were operating when roads were wet.when they delivered my match there was a note of my concern in the envelope and they did not address it or call me back More
