I bought a new Tacoma and the passenger seat started rattling. I brought it in for warranty to get it fixed. I call in or email, he tells me the manager is busy and will call me back, and he never has. This back and forth has been going on for nearly a year now and the service department has simply stopped responding to me. The problem still persists and my warrant period is nearly over and I believe Toyota is simply trying to run out the clock to avoid fixing this. This has been my 6th Toyota vehicle and this is by far the worst service I've ever received and the most disrespected I've ever felt. More
The advisor was very helpful. Although we did not have a prior appointment, he "squeezed us in" knowing that we must cross two international borders from home to the dealership.
