Without an appointment they saw me and diagnosed my dead battery problem. ( not a stolen catalytic converter) while checking to see if the battery in my Prius C was in the trunk or under the seat a wonderf battery problem. ( not a stolen catalytic converter) while checking to see if the battery in my Prius C was in the trunk or under the seat a wonderful man found the source of the bad smell that had been in my car for months. Rodents under the trunk area! Which they graciously cleaned out for me even though the battery was under the back seat. And yes- I made an appointment to get an anti theft device for the catalytic converter. More

Jeff is truly a “Customer Service Guru” and really worked on a successful resolution for me. I learned about what my van can do for me and the best thing is the Apple Car Play!!!! WOW, it was amazing to learn that feature.
