Without an appointment they saw me and diagnosed my dead battery problem. ( not a stolen catalytic converter) while checking to see if the battery in my Prius C was in the trunk or under the seat a wonderf battery problem. Jeff is truly a “Customer Service Guru” and really worked on a successful resolution for me.
