On going problems with this dealership. 1. When inquiring about a 2021 Mercedes GLE 350 4matic was just told they don’t have any. Was not told about incoming inventory, when it may be a 1. Such poor service went to Autonation in Bellevue to get my car. No problems at Autonation. 3. Scheduled service, as I got the service package and saw the new G-class. I inquired about a lease. No offer to be shown the car, a Mercedes sales person did not even come out to talk to me. 4. Service scheduled and ran 4.5 hours over. 5. Reviewed with service personnel what needed to be done and driving around today and they did not complete some of the check offs they where supposed to. 6. Starting to feel anxious when I need to talk to them now. Just the worst. I don’t know if it’s just a series of bad moments or they have issues with minorities. My spider senses are tingling though. Other minorities may understand what I mean by this. It may be a great service location if your a white het male or even female but otherwise you may wish to stay clear. My spouse got an Audi. I’ll just say I’m jealous at this point. They’ve had no problems. More

Just wanted my check engine and esb light problems found and fixed and transmission fluid checked was talked into an a service. Service light was not fixed or problem discovered esb light I was told was a b and fixed and transmission fluid checked was talked into an a service. Service light was not fixed or problem discovered esb light I was told was a brake light switch. And to come back tomorrow after it comes in. Went back next day It was a 15 minute Jo’s to put in a $27.00 switch under the brake pedal I was charged $244.00 when I questioned it I was told there are minimum charges. Then told to come back again if I want the device light fixed. Took it elsewhere and they found the problem in 20 minutes and fixed it when the part came in a couple hours later. They seem to be more concerned about service rather than how high they can jack a bill. More
