No hassle, no pressure and excellent customer service. When I was shopping for my first car, I was "chased away" from other dealerships because of high pressure sales tactics. I simply wanted to browse because I wasn't sure of what I wanted or what I was looking for. I always seemed to have a salesman following me and pressuring me to look at a certain model or assuming what my budget was. I found it incredibly annoying and would just move on to the next dealership. When I went to Wilson Toyota, I ran into James Doyle who was incredibly respectful of my time, space and indecisiveness. I was informed of the layout of the lot, (new trucks over there, new cars over here, Toyota here, Mercedes here, and used there). It was incredibly refreshing to just be given needed information and left alone to browse. James gave me his business card, showed me where I could find him OR anyone else if I had questions or needed assistance. He even pointed me in the direction of complimentary coffee and cookies! After two or three visits back to Wilson, I made up my mind on the vehicle I wanted, a 2015 Scion fr-s. ( James remembered my name, would come say hello and ask if I had any questions every time I would come look, and ultimately I was just allowed to do my thing). I can't tell you how much I appreciated the space. The purchase process was quick, efficient and friendly. My car was washed, detailed and waiting for me in a private showroom where James went over everything with me. The radio, navigation, hands free, dashboard notifications, everything. I was absolutely comfortable with every button, knob and light before I left. My experience with James and Wilson Toyota was so amazing that I came back and bought a 2017 Tacoma. I didn't even consider looking at any other dealership. The service department is also fantastic by the way! Scheduled oil changes include tire rotation, brake pad measurement, horn, lights, belts, hoses, battery, etc... If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I implore you to go to Wilson Toyota first and although everyone is awesome there; ask for James Doyle. More
