Not as good as previous visit The service advisor gave lip service but nothing more; poor eye contact, no smiles. He didn't go over any of the work done on my car. It took nearly twice as long as they said it would, with no extra work being done. Definitely not the same service as under the previous owner. Now I feel like a number instead of a valued customer. However, my experience with the service advisor at my previous visit (Trevor) was very different; very positive. More
