Outstanding service rep My wife's car started making terribly loud noises when she was driving home yesterday on the freeway. The front splash guard had come loose. I called and was able to make an appointment early the next morning and asked if an oil change could be done at the same time. Toyota said they could do both at the same time and noticed that it was also time for the 60,000 mile service as well which I agreed to do. The 60,000 mile service is somewhat pricey and I asked service rep if there were any coupons available. He researched and found me a good one which applied. I am happy to report that the car checked out well on its 60,000 miles service except for one of the tires which badly needed replacing (bulge in sidewall). All in all, an excellent experience. PS It is also great that they gave me a ride home and then a ride back to the dealership. PPS And of course, it is always great that you get a car wash included in every service job. PPPS Ryan has an outstanding sense of humor which makes coming in for service calls a little less boring. More

Dishonest service department I brought in my Prius in for regularly scheduled maintenance, however did not get what I paid for. The servicing was supposed to include tire rotatio I brought in my Prius in for regularly scheduled maintenance, however did not get what I paid for. The servicing was supposed to include tire rotation however the technician, Joseph, did not do it in spite of marking on the report that he had. I knew because I had marked the tires before coming in. I told the service manger, Shawn, who said "sorry" and then, having been caught in the scam, they rotated them. It resulted in a very long wait and no compensation. I won't be back since this service department cannot be trusted. Honesty and trust and essential in a dealership and sadly this one does not measure ;up. More

Personable service writer I had another appointment to get to and the service writer worked hard to get the service done quickly so I wouldn't be rushed to make it.
