At about 11:30 the next day I called but no answer. I tried again, calling and texting to no avail. Finally, at about 5:00 a receptionist after patiently listening to my story went and found him. He said he’d been very busy and apologized. I finally got word about 10:30 the next morning the car was done. My issue was not the service or not having the part on hand. My concern was in not being informed of the status. I would have been very satisfied had he delegated that task. As near as I can tell they did a good job on the repair. More

Truly the best car buying experience I’ve had All the staff at Bellingham Toyota were very accommodating. I worked with the Krystal’s from their online sales department. They got my sale and trade ins quoted for me and jumpstarted the process so that there weren’t any surprises when I arrived. Considering I drove up from Portland I wanted to be sure of what I was getting into before hand. They gave me a great deal on a used certified vehicle and were fair with my trade ins. I had two. Even though we arrived late in the evening and had our two dogs with us, Krystal Glynn was so sweet and easy to work with she allowed us to let our dogs in and feed them after our long ride. Making us feel right at home. I apriciate all the staff that stayed late to make our sale happen, and they did it with smiles. I have never had such a seamless car buying experience. Concidering all the extra accomodations we required, arriving late, being located hours away, our dogs and even returning our UHAUL car trailer for me! Above and beyond girls!
