Great service I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and they were fast, efficient and courteous. As far as I could tell, they were also reliable. For example, they pointed out that a couple of my air filters were beginning to get dirty, but said there was no need to replace them yet, just keep an eye on them. What a refreshing difference from some of the sharks in this industry. They’ve earned my trust, and that’s what keeps me coming back. More
too long It took 4 days to get the covered part needed. It was a broken wiper wand, not just a windshield wiper. I was driving in an unsafe car in the rain. When I complained on the 4th day to the service agent, and she replied, " well, I didn't break it!" This was not helpful. It would have been better for her to Active Listen by just saying " I hear you are upset! It is taking a long time!" More
