Service was very impersonal From the beginning the service was very impersonal; the phone receptionist was abrupt and neglected to give me a door number as in the past. Five minutes after I checked I started receiving text messages; I prefer personal contact. I certainly would not make payment or view the invoice on my phone. I waited 20 minutes after receiving the text saying my car was ready before I sent a text asking the technician to come review the work order; he was not particularly interested in answering my questions. While I realize senior citizens (I am 80) are not entitled to special considerations, I would have appreciated not having to walk clear across the garage so he could take my credit care, back across the garage to exit, and walk a good half block in the rain to find my car in space 4. The only plus was my car was washed. More
