I was able to test drive a vehicle with a minimum of fuss and no sales pressure. I described what I was looking for, received an offer, and was able to take a day or two to think about it. Once we had an agreement, the rest of the purchase process was smooth and uneventful. When I picked up the vehicle I had purchased, it was ready including a full fuel tank. The sales person went over the vehicle warranty and all of the vehicle systems with me, and was not only patient but interested, informative, and engaged while I tested/verified the presence and correct function of the standard and optional equipment on the vehicle. On the morning of game day I came across Bellingham toyotas ad on Facebook marketplace. I sent some questions and did the pre approval form thinking I'd hear back the following week but i received a phone call almost imidiatly and within about two hours we were signing the papers on our dream 4Runner. They had tons of snacks out for the game and were very hospitable in offering them to us while we finished the financing paperwork. We left very satisfied. More
