alyssa is fantastic! My alternator went out on Friday at 2:30. I went in to the service center and Alyssa got me right in and got my car fixed before the weekend. Fast and efficient I am still waiting to hear about my new Extended Care card. I have paid for it but the card sent to me has the wrong name on it. Poor customer service Went in to replace two tires on my Toyota Highlander. The service department said to come back the next day at 9 am and the tires would be in. The next day I came in at 9 and the service writer said the truck broke down. The service department didn’t bother to call me to save me the trip to the dealership. I was told to come back at 3 pm. I came back, and waited for 1.5 hours while they worked on the tires. Then the service writer said the tires wouldn’t balance and must be bad. He said to come back the next morning at 8:30 for the tires. I showed up and once again there were no tires. He said to come back at 10, I said I needed a ride. He gave me keys to a loaner car that had no fuel in it. At that point I was done, I left and purchased my tires elsewhere. Not once did the service writer ask, “How can I make this right.” More

Almost 5 stars One complaint. Told customer service that I needed to be at work by 8 AM the following day that car was scheduled for repair part. My husband was ou One complaint. Told customer service that I needed to be at work by 8 AM the following day that car was scheduled for repair part. My husband was out of town and I didn't have another option. I was offered the shuttle and told to be there at 7:45 AM. I arrived the next day at 7:40AM and told to grab a coffee, driver would be by to get me shortly. At 8:00 AM NO driver arrived to get me and had to call work to tell them I was running late due to someone not following through for my ride from dealership. Driver finally came for me sometime after 8:15 AM. I requested to be 1st drop off and arrived a little before 8:30 AM. **Very disappointed with customer service follow through when I was up front about my needs on time. Was not told repair could be scheduled another day when my husband could deliver me to work as another option.:-/ Will not use shuttle service in the future. More
