Ryan Cully handled my issue, kept the vehicle overnight to see if the service center could duplicate my experience (couldn't) and find the reason (apparently none, whew!). Ryan has a nice way about him, easygoing, with a gentle sense of humor. There was no charge for the test/inspect overnight and when I got back in the car, it had been vacuumed and the inside of the windshield washed. Wow, happy customer on my first visit. Thanks, Ryan and to all the service personnel who contributed! More

Overall Experience OK - 5 Stars for Service Manager We brought our car in for a Toyota recall on an electrical fuse for the hybrid battery. The day after the service was performed we noticed the audio s We brought our car in for a Toyota recall on an electrical fuse for the hybrid battery. The day after the service was performed we noticed the audio system display and navigation was malfunctioning. It seemed likely to us that something done during the service call affected our radio display. We brought the car in again. A service tech ran some diagnostics and concluded that the radio unit was kaput. The Service Advisor said that it was just coincidental that the display went out the day after our car was worked on. He said the only solution was to replace the radio unit, which would cost us around $800. It still did not make sense to us that the day after the service call the radio unit (which has always worked) all of a sudden was malfunctioning. We contacted Bellingham Toyota to express our dissatisfaction with the situation and were put in contact with Joe Smith, Service Department Manager. Joe was very personable and responsive in working out our problem. He had our car's audio display system looked at again by a service technician. The service tech solved the problem by updating the software for the radio. The radio unit itself was not the problem after all! We are appreciative that Joe took special care by personally testing and re-testing our car before releasing it back to us. We give him a 5-Star rating for listening to us and his follow through on customer service. More

We were met in the parking by Jim Doyle and ushered in to the showroom. We are loyal Toyota owners and have brought our Prius here for excellent, reasonably priced service for years. So the basic car and dealership were no brainers. Jim was incredibly helpful fining and explaining the right option package for us. The negotiations were fair an low key. Jim was very respectful of of our need to discuss things among ourselves until we were comfortable. After a good deal of give and take we arrived at a deal very satisfactory. Wendy in the finance department was also very helpful in explaining options to protect our purchase. It is also a very dog friendly place. More
