Great service but should always have 2 keys for each car Roy listened to what we were looking for and gave us some good options. Found the car we felt very comfortable with. Only unsatisfied moment was after we signed all the papers and were ready to drive off the lot with the newly purchased car, we were given and told there was only one (chipped/programmed) key to the car. This was not acceptable. Roy made it right, had us go to the Nissan dealer, have another programmed key made, bring receipt back and was reimbursed fully for new key (which was a couple hundred dollars). Toyota of Bellingham reimbursed us with an immediate check. In future, the dealer should always provide 2 keys to any car sold especially now that all car keys are programmed to start each specific automobile and are quite costly. It would be acceptable to have the purchase price of the car included this expense before any negotiation to purchase car is presented to buyer. More
