Oil change I brought my 2013 Toyota Tundra (purchased when it was still Wilson Toyota) in for an oil change. Except for breaking my trailer hitch cover for the I brought my 2013 Toyota Tundra (purchased when it was still Wilson Toyota) in for an oil change. Except for breaking my trailer hitch cover for the second time and after the tire rotation (which I did not ask for but appreciate) the front drivers’ side wheel was gouged. My wheel weights are now rubbing on the brake calipers and I will now need to get my wheels rebalanced. I do appreciate the level of expertise that Bellingham Toyota has. Maybe take a wee bit more time and care, treat vehicles as if they were your own. Thank you for asking me to write an honest review. More

Recommended service I I went in for an oil change and when they were done they recommended $400 worth of maintenance that wasn’t recommended by the manufacturer therefore u I went in for an oil change and when they were done they recommended $400 worth of maintenance that wasn’t recommended by the manufacturer therefore unnecessary and didn’t even change the motor oil which was the entire reason for the appointment. And after inspecting the cabin air filter they didn’t put the glove box on properly and wouldn’t shut until they had a few different employees come out and figure out how to fix their mistake. A wasted trip to the dealership. More

Very knowledgeable Honda dealership This is a great dealership with a very responsive service department. It's easy to book an appointment online or over the phone and they can walk you This is a great dealership with a very responsive service department. It's easy to book an appointment online or over the phone and they can walk you through the confusing scheduled maintenance vs vehicle diagnostics computer requirements. The reason for my downgrade is that the service department doesn't do the billing. This is handled by Parts who apparently doesn't receive or understand what Maintenance tells them so final bills are inaccurate (incorrect oil viscosity) which could impact warranty claims. Other than this, no problem. More
