5,000 mile service I honestly feel like the people who do customer service are genuinly nice and want to help, I feel bad that they get the brunt of my frustration becau I honestly feel like the people who do customer service are genuinly nice and want to help, I feel bad that they get the brunt of my frustration because of someone else’s mistake. I think the lube express service crew needs a lot better training, I have called them out many times on mistakes or just plain laziness about doing their jobs while servicing my wife’s vehicle. I don’t know why I expected anything different with my vehicle. One of my biggest pet peeves is when they lean the tires against the vehicle while rotating the tires. And I specifically asked them not to when I took my new car in for service. I shouldn’t have to ask for this, it’s common sense! For most people their vehicle is usually the second or first most expensive thing they own and they really care about them. I think the lube crew should treat customers cars a lot nicer. I had to call someone out to remove a grease smudge which stained my paint and scratches that are on a trim piece near the enigine bay. Having a new car that just passed 5000 miles on the odometer, this aggaravtes me. More
