Good deal on a rare car I had searched the whole PNW for a Prius C Two in Tide Pool Pearl, and only found two. Roy is a GEM! Stumbled on this beautiful car and Roy was right there every step of the way. Due to the age of the car we were not able to have a warranty. Roy stated that no matter what if anything went wrong that the dealership would make right. Approximately one week later the windows in my convertible were not seating together to form a seal. I called Roy and got an appointment for later in the week. When bringing the car in everyone was help and friendly. Roy checked on the status of my car periodically and brought me updates. Before getting my car back Roy had it detailed again. An amazing crew in the service department. Wish I knew all their names....I was one happy person when leaving. LOVE my car! Thank you! More
Disappointed I was disappointed with my last routine appointment. When I got home and was reviewing the Multipoint Inspection sheet, I noticed that two of the filt I was disappointed with my last routine appointment. When I got home and was reviewing the Multipoint Inspection sheet, I noticed that two of the filters were marked as needing to be replaced soon. Then on the billing sheet, it says to replace by May 30th.(appt was on 4/30) Why didn't someone ask me when I was there if I would like them to do those two items?? Why didn't the gentleman who came to give my keys and info point that out??? If I wasn't in the habit of reading the service sheet, I would not be aware. Usually they do go over what was done or needs to be done. So, now I have to make another appointment to have the filters changed, which I can't imagine takes that long, and I really feel like it should have been an option when I was there. I usually have a great experience with your service dept., but this last one was very disappointing! More
