Battery Fixed Battery started dying in January. In February I brought my Prius in to have oil change and battery checked. Service person said battery was okay but I Battery started dying in January. In February I brought my Prius in to have oil change and battery checked. Service person said battery was okay but I later saw that my request to have the battery check was "deleted." I don't know why, although it may have been due to a time crunch because the appointment I made online which was confirmed turned out to not exist when I showed up at the scheduled time but the rep on duty fit me in later that afternoon. The battery went dead twice in April so I scheduled an appointment to have the battery checked as the #1 problem and an oil change if needed. Alyssa had a full battery check done and discovered that the battery I purchased in Feb 2016 was faulty, so installed a new battery at warranty discounted cost. I'm glad the problem was found and fixed. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer. Prius is the best car I've every owned. More

While my vehicle was in the shop for repair, Mr. Trevor Hare contacted me few times to update the status of my vehicle and the progress of their work. I was extremely happy and thankful to Mr. Hare. I would like to commend Mr. Hare for his OUTSTANDING service and professionalism. I simply couldn't be any happier. They also, washed my vehicle and vacuum the interior which I never expected.
