In this day and age where there is always bigger and better, NOT once did they try to upsell us on something that made no sense to use in the hopes they could possibly make a bigger commission. In the end they helped narrow our focus and made the negotiations quite painless, but also quite fun. We could not be happier with the 2018 4Runner that we purchased from them and could see us returning in the future to purchase another vehicle if and when we need one.
