Not what I expected I was very disappointed by my experience. The service center seemed backed up and disorganized. I had a 1:00 appointment, and was told the service wou I was very disappointed by my experience. The service center seemed backed up and disorganized. I had a 1:00 appointment, and was told the service would take about an hour and a half. At 4:30, I was still waiting for my car, causing me to miss an appointment. When the car was finally returned to me, it had been washed but not vacuumed. I bought a Mercedes, in part because of the local dealership and the expectation of a high level of service. This expectation was based on our experiences at Seattle BMW, where we have taken our other car for service many times and enjoyed excellent customer service. I hope our next service appointment is more satisfying. On a positive note, the shuttle driver was courteous, considerate, and prompt. More
