Not only was my car not vacuumed well but the car needed to be rewashed to get bugs and what not washed off. Left there with still dirty car and wishing I had watched work be done cause now I'm wondering if maintenance was done any better. Hoping next time I have better experience. More

Internet’s the way to go! We stopped by the dealership and had to seek out a salesman who was less than talkative and didn’t seem to care too much that we were there. However, I went online and conversed with Crystal the internet sales manager and she was awesome. Helped me schedule a test drive and we negotiated a price. Mechanical issue on lift gate My RAV4 lift gate wasn't shutting and latching (locking) nor would it lift up. Called and got a next day appointment. To my relief, a button unknown My RAV4 lift gate wasn't shutting and latching (locking) nor would it lift up. Called and got a next day appointment. To my relief, a button unknown to me, located in glove box, had been pushed. Turns out it was a locking button you can use to make the lift gate unusable. Thing is, the glove box doesn't have a lock on it so the manual button to lock the lift gate is useless. Anyone can access it if they want to, or by accident. Garby treated me with full respect. He was very busy and my issue that could have been so much worse ($$), was handled professionally. Thank you, again, Garby More
