Mechanical issue on lift gate My RAV4 lift gate wasn't shutting and latching (locking) nor would it lift up. Called and got a next day appointment. To my relief, a button unknown My RAV4 lift gate wasn't shutting and latching (locking) nor would it lift up. Called and got a next day appointment. To my relief, a button unknown to me, located in glove box, had been pushed. Turns out it was a locking button you can use to make the lift gate unusable. Thing is, the glove box doesn't have a lock on it so the manual button to lock the lift gate is useless. Anyone can access it if they want to, or by accident. Garby treated me with full respect. He was very busy and my issue that could have been so much worse ($$), was handled professionally. Thank you, again, Garby More
