Who marred my steering wheel? The staff at the intake are friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure, though, what happens after leaving the car. When it was returned the seat position had been completely changed which I am attributing to a large service person. That person must have had a huge belt buckle or something like that that put a a gouge about 10 inches long on the underside of the steering wheel. Now when I make turns there is a rough texture on the steering wheel. Extremely disappointing. I called and left a message abut it but have not heard back. More
