I chose you over Bellingham Automotive because you have been very thorough and honest in past dealings, and you know Toyotas. The only problem was that I forgot my phone that morning and I was afraid that I wouldn't get the special price. I think the salesman thought I was trying to pull something over on him, because I said I had a coupon on my phone. I was pleased when I retrieved my phone and found that I had been charged the expected amount. Good job. I don't know if this could have been handled differently, but all is well. Thank you. More
