Vehicle not ready for sale before it was listed. Then kept pushing back the time frame as to when it would be ready. Dealer then proceeded to feed me wrong information about a warranty job that needed to take place on suburban, costing me unnecessary time and trips back and forth to Bellingham. Matthew himself was professional and seemed to conduct business well, but it’s hard for him to do his job well if his managers and other staff aren’t giving him the correct info. All in all, the day I bought it I was happy with Matthew’s professionalism and would gladly have bought vehicles through Bellingham Toyota again, but by the time everything was sorted out, I don’t think I’d go back there to quickly again or refer/recommend them to any one. This is the first vehicle I’ve bought at a dealer, and quite frankly, it was the biggest headache. I received an email from one manager right after I bought it about how they were going to take such good care of me, and we had to reach out with any questions and concerns.
