Bad customer service I have used this service centre the past three years and have always had amazing service until my last visit which was two days ago. When the bill wa I have used this service centre the past three years and have always had amazing service until my last visit which was two days ago. When the bill was presented to me, I showed the service person my 10% discount email to be applied to the final bill. To my shock he stated since I never told him in advance he couldn’t apply the coupon. I then stated this was an email I received from this exact dealership to present at the time of servicing. I have received these coupons in the past and have never had this experience. He then stated the email needed to be printed off and could not be applied unless it was printed. Even though I showed him my email saying that was not the case and I only needed to show him the email. He was unwilling to waiver on his thoughts and stated this was a new policy. I then asked are you able to print it for me to which he stated he doesn’t have access to a printer. After finally presenting him with numerous options he stated perhaps someone at reception could print it for me. I then proceeded to front reception and asked if they could print it because the service person wanted it printed before honouring the coupon. She then stated it doesn’t need to be printed and that she would talk to him. After her discussion she stated she would print it off however no one else knew of this new policy to print off emails sent directly from this dealership to clients. I eventually presented the coupon to the service person who eventually gave me my discount while at the same time making comments such as if this was done prior it wouldn’t have taken So long. I bought my extended warranty from this dealership have had all my servicing done with them but after this experience I would reconsider. Wilson Motors of Bellingham should really reconsider thier customer service policy or educate some of the staff there and be transparent. More

When i made my appointment i told the person i wanted my battery replaced. when i got home and looked over the work performed i found a note that sai When i made my appointment i told the person i wanted my battery replaced. when i got home and looked over the work performed i found a note that said the battery needs service. The comment said corrosion buildup on battery-rec service. Now if they had replaced the battery like a wanted there would be no battery service required. Now that is something i need to get taken care of next time if i remember. More
