$30 to change a taillight? I took my 2007 Toyota Prius in for an oil change. As usual, the oil change was performed an inspection was done on my vehicle. They noted a couple of things they recommended additional service on. One of them was a burned out right rear tail light. They quoted me $30 to replace the bulb. I thought that somewhat excessive, so I purchased the bulb for $2.13 and, having never replaced that bulb before, I nonetheless look back there found an access panel took it off pulled out the old bulb plugged in the new one replaced the access panel and completed the task in less than one minute. No tools required. It really bothers me that the Toyota service center would even considering charging $30 to replace that bulb. I am annoyed. While I have complete faith in the quality of any work they do, I have zero confidence that they will provide competitive pricing for this work. More

Quick and clean! Went in for regular maintenance. Said that it would take an hour for the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I made myself comfortable in the extremely cozy waiting area, and 37 minutes later it was done. They even cleaned my car too! They delivered more than I expected, and much faster too.
