It was a very nice vehicle, but it was too big for me. I called Chrystal and told her my tale of woe and she said "no problem Marion" what would you rather have. Previously I had driven my old Toyota Corolla Le for 14 years.(we bought it new from Wilson Toyota) and then decided to sell it and get a truck. I was mistaken. I didn't like how big it was, how hard it was to get into.....it just wasn't me! I had it for about 3 months when I called Crystal and told her I wanted to return it. "No problem Marion, we can do that for you!" And she did. I now am driving a pretty, peppy little Corolla, and Crystal is my hero! More
Quick and Easy I needed a new key fob and they were able to help me quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my car! Service Dept. was awesome - friendly & professional I used to go to Burlington for my Tundra service - no longer - I'll be driving to Bellingham from now on! Amazing customer service! Trevor was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions. He kept me updated on the status on my vehicle. Frustrated Customer Normally I would have rated this service center 5 star, but my last experience was no good. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 am and was told it would take about 2 hours. After waiting 1/2 hr for the shuttle, 2-1/2 hrs at a friend's house and another 2-1/2 hrs at the center, my car was finally ready. I was given an apology and a 10% discount. Fine, until I drove off and my gas warning light came on and the gauge registered empty. I had arrived with approx. 3/4 full. I did a u turn, went back in to ask about this situation and was told that was impossible. (Did they think I was lying?) I could WAIT (time unknown) and talk to the service tech. I figured I had waited enough for one day! I went immediately to the gas station and it only took 3 gallons which then registered full and no warning light. Maybe the tech could have given me an explanation. Not a good day! More

Failed promises continue We had a negative experience purchasing a new Highlander late last year. After a less than positive review, we were contacted by the Service Manager We had a negative experience purchasing a new Highlander late last year. After a less than positive review, we were contacted by the Service Manager who stated we would see an improvement in customer service with future maintenance requirements. Recently, we needed a tire repair and the Service Manager (his description) told us just to bring the car by anytime and they would get right on it with a repair completed in about an hour. When the car was dropped off, we were told they could not get to it until much later and our vehicle would need to be left there. Since we live over 30 miles from the dealership, this necessitated securing a ride home along with another needless trip to town the next day. Bottom line is our experience with this dealership continues to be one of under performance and unfulfilled promises. More
Found the truck I’ve been waiting for I’m pleased with my overall experience at Toyota of Bellingham. I have been waiting to find just the right Tacoma. The fact that I wanted a manual tra I’m pleased with my overall experience at Toyota of Bellingham. I have been waiting to find just the right Tacoma. The fact that I wanted a manual transmission with low miles for under $20k made my search a bit difficult. When I seen the truck I was after right here in Bellingham I thought it must be too good to be true. I meet with my credit union before going to see the truck which turned out to be unnecessary. When I arrived Crystal Mervyn was very helpful and was able to work directly with my credit union to get even faster approval. I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. More
