Our baby and toddler were stretched emotionally but all associates were understanding of their behaviour, they were apologetic for the length of time the process was taking, but they worked with us on ways to keep our kids happy. (Travis didn't bat an eye when my 11 month old dumped out her crackers on his office carpet) It's the first time I have ever purchased a brand new vehicle, it was a great experience. The only thing I'd suggest as an improvement was that I was hoping for my new truck to have a giant bow on the hood. Maybe something for management to mull over. More
