I am sorry that we did not get this matter resolved for you. You are correct, we did not get all of the parts that we needed to complete the job. The clips that hold the speaker in place are one time use clips and need to be replaced along with the speaker. Our technician and parts department did not recognize this until they went to perform the replacement. I am told that we have arranged with your dealership in eastern Washington to have the parts available for them to complete the repair when you get home. If this is not the case can you please contact me directly at the number or email below.
