I appreciated his low-pressure attitude. Kirsten was knowledgable and fun as we got through all of the endless paperwork required these days. When I asked for Julian, he promptly called me back even though he wasn’t working that day. Alyssa was so accommodating as we arranged for some follow-up servicing and the first maintenance appointment. I appreciate everything the staff brought to this decision and transaction.
