Whether it is sales or service, I have always appreciated the attention I received and felt valued as a loyal customer. In trying to decide on a new car, Elijah was friendly and informative. I appreciated his low-pressure attitude. Kirsten was knowledgable and fun as we got through all of the endless paperwork required these days. When I asked for Julian, he promptly called me back even though he wasn’t working that day. Alyssa was so accommodating as we arranged for some follow-up servicing and the first maintenance appointment. I appreciate everything the staff brought to this decision and transaction. About 5 min. later, a very efficient & courteous young woman came over and helped me get checked in. Will judge adequacy of service when I see how I run for next year! Prices in line for luxury brand but found $8.40 for windshield washer fluid a bit hard to take!
