It’s complicated So I’ll start off by saying everyone in the service department has been great any time I’ve had to deal with them. My problem with the dealership has So I’ll start off by saying everyone in the service department has been great any time I’ve had to deal with them. My problem with the dealership has been with the sales department. When we purchased our used 4Runner 2 years ago I was told that we would get two keys. When they could not produce the second key I asked to have one made. They told us that it will probably turn up in a few weeks. I reluctantly left with one key. I have tried a few times to go in at get a new key (at my inconvenience) but the service department hasn’t been open or had availability any time I am there. My problem is I bought this car for my wife and I’m not going to send her in with small kids to wait around to get a key and I’m a very busy superintendent for a construction company that works 60+ hours a week. So when I was there the other day I tried to get a key made but the service department would not cover the cost of the key and wanted to charge me over $100 for it. I realize it’s been two years but I think I should have been sent home with two keys at the time of purchase. Unfortunately that’s the biggest of a few frustrations I have had with the dealership causing me to be reluctant to return for service. Hope this helps in your quest for better service. I would give service depatrtment a 5 star but the sales I would give a 3 More
