HI Kim, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. My name is Rob Hall and I am the Customer Retention Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham. I am sorry that you did not get all of your concerns addressed on your recent visit. Did you let the scheduler know about the check engine light when you booked the service? If so then we should not have booked you for a Saturday service because our Mercedes Technicians do not work on Saturday. We only have lube personnel available for Saturday work on Mercedes vehicles. Even resetting a check engine light requires the use of the diagnostic tool and our lube techs are not trained to use it. We should have topped up your washer fluid. This is part of any service. If this was not done, I apologize and encourage you to stop in any time to have us top it off for you. I do see that the lube technician did offer to flush your coolant but do not see that this service was performed. If you would like to schedule this service please give us a call at 360-676-0600.
