Sent my daughter in for routine oil change and slipping transmission. Unfortunately, transmission issue was not diagnosed, other than you driving car around the block.She said staff was not friendly or he transmission. Also, charged $65 to change wiper blades ...THATS OUTRAGEOUS And there’s always a long list of things that the car “needs” every time we bring it into a dealer ... This past visit was a bit of a disappointment.I This past visit was a bit of a disappointment. I scheduled my car for an oil change and general servicing, after the services were complete, upon veh This past visit was a bit of a disappointment. I scheduled my car for an oil change and general servicing, after the services were complete, upon vehicle pick up I noticed the skid pan hanging not completely attached, two pan pins were not installed upon completion of the job. Returning the car to the stall I informed the service manager that the job wasn’t completed, a few minutes later the service manager returned to inform me that the mechanic notice the car arrive to the shop with a pin missing and one was broken. I got the impression that if they see something missing and or broken it’s ok to give it back to the customer incomplete means it’s just a customers car and not their own.... They replaced the broken pin and reinstalled the missing pins. I feel the service manager shouldn’t have came back to inform me that a pin was broken and one was missing, trying to justify why the mechanic didn’t reinstall the pins, oh by the way the pins weren’t missing in the first place, why? Because I keep a watchful eye on the overall condition of the car at all times. So in general the service was unsat! I drive from Whidbey for service on my car and I have purchased two cars from this dealership and have always had great service, has something changed here? My wife and I were considering purchasing another vehicle but at this point we are unsure if we will purchase another vehicle from this dealership. The mechanic that performed maintenance on my car didn’t complete the job, in turn you loose the customers trust, if I was to performed maintenance on a customers aircraft in this manor, I would loose my job in a heartbeat!! More
