My service agent, Rod was very professional, courteous and helpful. The service was a little longer than expected but I was satisfied. I appreciated them taking me an hour late - I was travelling from Canada to California; didn't appreciate getting call next day for recall to check matts since that seems like something that could ha travelling from Canada to California; didn't appreciate getting call next day for recall to check matts since that seems like something that could have been done while I was there. Also didn't like that my wiper blade fell off next day after I opted out of full clean and asked just for front windshield inside and out to be cleaned so you'd think someone would notice/check that there was a missing part - easy fix, pain in the butt to return given I was mid journey.
