9/20 I did purchase three 2019 Mercedes 16 foot Morgan cargo trucks, all three Morgan boxes leak, 2 hinges are broken one cab leaked and has been repaired one cab still leaks, One Morgan box was repaired cargo trucks, all three Morgan boxes leak, 2 hinges are broken one cab leaked and has been repaired one cab still leaks, One Morgan box was repaired but it does still leak also third-party installed ramps improperly one has been repaired. Nick was a pleasure to have for our salesman. He was not a pressure salesman, which we appreciated. MUCH better than last time. The facilities were clean, a custodian was sanitizing the furniture and counters in the customer lounge area. While everyone was friendly, my vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, and I believe was completed as requested. I find myself extremely disappointed. I had 1 question. Should remote start still work on my key fob after my remote connect subscription has expired. Service said they didn't know and referred me to sales, sales person wasn't sure either, so I left. When I came back to pickup my vehicle, I asked another sales person who did not know, they called over another sales person who didn't know, then they referred me back to service. I've purchased 3 brand new cars from this dealership, 5 used cars, and referred 2 people who have also purchased cars. Sales staff it's great when buying a car. Service staff has always been a disappointment. Please work on taking care of customers after initial sale! More
