I messaged quite a few dealerships regarding vehicles I wanted to test drive. Some of the dealerships responded but not until the next day. I had been car shopping for over a week. Even when I had messaged wanted to test drive. Some of the dealerships responded but not until the next day. I had been car shopping for over a week. Even when I had messaged ahead, I still had to meet with different people when I aroived and gave to replan every time. I would send a message via car receive a response and when I would arrive, I would have to re-explain what car I wanted to try. I headed out to car shop and decided just to go to the dealerships because messaging ahead of time didn’t have much of an effect. Then I saw a vehicle that I loved and thought I would just shoot a text on the off chance they answered, and I could go straight to it. Jacob at the Toyota dealership responded almost immediately. When I arrived, he had the car ready to be test driven and everyone we met was so professional and polite. In fact, I had another car down the road that I was supposed to test drive but they missed my email and had allowed someone else to take the car for a test drive for the day. Which I understood. Instead of waiting for them I went straight to Toyota because they had responded right away. It ended up being the car I bought. Jacob answered my email within minutes and by the end of the day I had the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was polite, professional, and made the car buying experience very pleasant and easy. From start to finish it was about four hours. That includes test driving different cars and the entire buying process. Jacob even helped me hook up my phone and make sure I knew all the basics before I left the dealership parking lot! I absolutely recommend Bellingham Toyota. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. More
