Not good. Took our 2010 Prius in for normal service at 103,600 miles, Dimitri recommended a transmission drain/fill; said OK, $375 (we bought the car there new). A week later 3 different dash warning lig 103,600 miles, Dimitri recommended a transmission drain/fill; said OK, $375 (we bought the car there new). A week later 3 different dash warning lights came on relating to brakes. Took it back in, took about a week to find out what was wrong, then wait for parts, in all took about 2 1/2 weeks and $1600 for master brake cylinder. In the meantime Dimitri said they would give us $5400 for it, maybe as a trade, not clear. He said it was in great shape. We like Toyotas but went shopping around and bought a 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid at Honda of Bellingham, the Prius was not available for trade because it was in pieces at Wilson. After it was fixed, paid the $1600 and went to sell it to Wilson Motors. David Steffen is the used car buyer, said the market had changed and now would only pay $4675. Took the Prius to Honda of Bellingham who paid $5000. During this time updates from Dimitri very slow, messages to David went unanswered. End of story. More
