Have always experienced excellent service (over 40 years) , but this time I was told that the work would be 2 hours which I realize is approximate.However in the past I have been notified if the time would b , but this time I was told that the work would be 2 hours which I realize is approximate.However in the past I have been notified if the time would be longer. As a result I returned to the dealership expecting that the work would be near finished. I ended up stuck there for another 2 hours. Dimitri, once he realized what had occurred was swift to make up for what was an oversight caused by some miscommunication . I really think this was a one-off situation, but a review of communications may be in order. More

I don’t feel like my time was valued. I was originally told the service would take 5 hours. I came back to ask for status after 6 hours and 20 minutes, and was told it would be another hour. I was at the dealership for a total of 7 hours and 40 minutes. Sage (service advisor) knew I was sticking around and never checked on me once. More
The person, I dealt with is the only reason for any stars ⭐️ at all. Was told it would be real quick & said just the oil that’s all. Talked me into the car wash & vacuum. It was not so waited another half hour waiting for my vehicle only for it to not really be washed/vacuumed which I didn’t want in the first place. A complete waste of valuable time. 2nd time to try. The service is always very good and I pray they are doing good job. My only request to improve my services is to calculate my services in kilometers instead of miles.. my car came from C pray they are doing good job. Eather recommended service or simple oil changes. I wish they could figure this out .. my be look at my owner's manual from Toyota Canada. I am uncertain my service technician name but I will guess or they will not let my survey threw. I do question the check on my windshield wipers I felt they needed replaced but they show good. That is ok I just wonder if they were checked as well as the rest or just Pencil wipped. More
