She was nice, but the comments made behind my back really offended me. This is for training purposes. I left a 4 star rating because it took 2 hours for my car to have a normal oil change and tire rotation. This is NOT based on the comments made. I like this dealership, but your people need to be a little more sensitive and not make disparaging remarks about someone’s physical appearance. More

I went in for an oil change and then needed a alignment and they said it would take 2 hours. Well... 4 hours later I was leaving with my car only to come back in because the alignment was done poorly. I and they said it would take 2 hours. I was told that the alignment might not last if I put new tires on, and then when my wife brought the car back to get the alignment redone, the service guy said it was tough to get the alignment done with old tires on the car. Not sure if that is true, but not the same story I was told. More
