Not a good experience getting my oil changed. I got there at the scheduled time and saw 3 cars ahead of me. A gentlemen approached my truck. Unsure who he was with no name tag , but then told me to pull into at the scheduled time and saw 3 cars ahead of me. A gentlemen approached my truck. Unsure who he was with no name tag , but then told me to pull into lane 2. Told me the wait would be 1.5 hours. Went to check in and they told me I was due for the 30,000 service. Problem was I already had that done which shows they didn’t really look to see why I was there. Waited for 2 hours with no employee checking in. I finally went out to the garage. It was apparently lunch break cause only one employee was there. The employee said the truck was done and she tried to find me. Must not have checked the lobby where customers wait. Missed time from work. Then employee walked me to the back and told me the truck was in the back. Then I had to find the truck. And to top it off the mechanic never turned off the “needs maintenance” light that came on when my truck reached 5,000 miles. Not the best experience. More

Note: I put Brooke as my service advisor because I spoke with her on the phone, but I do not think it was her that I mention in this review below: I have a dash cam in my car, and after I pulled my SD ca with her on the phone, but I do not think it was her that I mention in this review below: I have a dash cam in my car, and after I pulled my SD card and was reviewing all my footage, I saw the advisor I had (cannot remember her name) talking to someone in my car and making comments on my weight. She was nice, but the comments made behind my back really offended me. This is for training purposes. I left a 4 star rating because it took 2 hours for my car to have a normal oil change and tire rotation. This is NOT based on the comments made. I like this dealership, but your people need to be a little more sensitive and not make disparaging remarks about someone’s physical appearance. More
